Indigo Parc est à la recherche d'un audit opérationnel pour évaluer les contrôles internes des installations de stationnement dans l'Est du Canada, en particulier à Montréal, Québec, Halifax, Moncton et St. John's, ainsi que l'intégration avec les services administratifs.

La personne recherchée effectuera des audits financiers, opérationnels des systèmes informatiques et de conformité et s'assurera que les processus, politiques et procédures organisationnels sont conformes aux lois applicables et aux bonnes pratiques commerciales.

Il s'agit d'une opportunité pour une personne ayant une bonne expérience opérationnelle désireuse de faire progresser sa carrière vers la fonction d'audit et d'acquérir une expérience précieuse et plus large.

**Responsabilités**:

- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe d'audit pour réaliser des projets, des missions et des procédures d'audit opérationnel conformément au plan d'audit opérationnel.
- Élaborer la portée de l'audit interne et rédiger des programmes d'audit afin d'identifier les domaines d'amélioration du contrôle, des économies de coûts et de l'efficacité opérationnelle.
- Élaborer des processus, des politiques et des procédures pour améliorer les contrôles internes.
- Mener des examens spéciaux, tels que des enquêtes sur les incidents et des rapports.
- Documenter les travaux d'audit et les constatations conformément aux normes d'audit.
- Mener des revues de suivi périodiques pour évaluer la pertinence des plans d'actions correctives de la direction.
- Préparer des rapports d'audit en utilisant les résultats des tests effectués au cours de la phase de travail sur le terrain.
- Communiquer avec le gestionnaire et l'équipe de manière claire et concise pour assurer des résultats de haute qualité, précis et efficaces.
- Participer aux initiatives du service, aux réunions d'équipe, préparer et animer des présentations sur les risques, les contrôles internes et l'audit, au besoin.
- Rester informé des développements commerciaux actuels pertinents pour l'industrie du stationnement et des initiatives commerciales stratégiques d'Indigo.

**Exigences**:

- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie du stationnement, de la vente au détail, de l'hôtellerie ou du service à la clientèle.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français.
- Niveau avancé dans MS Office, y compris Visio.
- Volonté de voyager 30% - 40% dans l'Est du Canada.
- Bon jugement, capacité d'écoute, capacité d'observation, capacité à identifier les faiblesses de contrôle, capacité de communication et d'analyse.
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent avec expérience en comptabilité, finance ou commerce.
