**Description**

We are seeking a high performing General Contractor - Sales/Project Manager to assist the company with meeting the sales target by locating potential clients and managing ongoing projects.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Actively manage a book of business of at least $500,000 annually (to be determined)
- Grow the book of business through both leads provided by Blue Oak but also through leads from past experience
- Set accurate expectation for clients in terms of costing and time
- Aspire to embrace the Blue Oak model of working quickly and efficiently
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Continue to develop and utilize design skills
- Use best practices and abide by Building, Safety and Fire Codes, etc.
- Assist with design and marketing elements for the betterment of your territory growth but also for the company as a whole
- Assist Blue Oak in obtaining new supply chain arrangements
- Assist Blue Oak in expanding our trade network
- Become a leading in-house authority on planning and permitting
- Mentor and participate in teamwork with other employees, especially employees that have sales and marketing roles
- Be available for a monthly in-office sales meeting
- Operate independently but also be available for collaboration
- Participate in trade shows or other marketing initiatives
- You will represent the company with honesty and integrity
- Using Buildertrend to manage proposals and to communicate with customers

**Required**
- At Least 5 years of Construction sales/management or Project Management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Preferred**
- Project Management
- Construction sales experience
- Customer service
- Buildertrend

**Remuneration**

$50,000 in addition to 10 percent commission
