Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher (part-time)

Little Nest Children's Community is looking to hire an Early Childhood Educator to work 2-3 days per week. Employees are paid based on the ECE Wage Grid with additional stats, holidays, pro-D days, and bonus vacation pay. We spend half of our day outside in ALL weather and are looking to hire someone who connects with this style of teaching and learning.

**Duties**:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all children.
- Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns or updates.
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

**Experience**:

- ECE Trainee Level (or registered for an orientation course) or higher
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
