St Albert, Canada Brite Beginnings Early Learning and Childcare Centre Full time

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic childcare educators to join our team. As a childcare educator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our daycare center and ensuring the well-being of the children in our care. You will work closely with our experienced educators to create a positive and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in supervising and caring for children aged 19 months to 12 years in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, and outdoor play.
- Support the implementation of daily routines, naptime, and transitions between activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized daycare facility, including sanitizing toys and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with coworkers to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children, families, and staff members.

**Requirements**:

- Early Childhood Education - Level 1, 2 and 3
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- first aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
