THE OPPORTUNITY

With exciting new opportunities and partnerships, Impact is seeking an **Industrial Electrical Foreman,** to join our Industrial & Mining Team, to work on the exciting projects throughout Saskatchewan. The Foreman will oversee all aspects of a project, such as site safety, efficiency and team morale; communication amongst Impact Team and Clients; forecasting labour, equipment and material needs; site planning; and leading and teaching Team Members as they learn the electrical trade. All Journeypersons and Apprentices will report to the Foreman when on site.

Our team would love to hear from you if you have:

- Hold a valid Interprovincial Red Seal Certification as a Construction Electrician
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Journeyperson Electrician, with 3 years industrial experience
- Able to work from heights, including ladders, scaffolds and roofs.
- Physically able to perform labour intensive tasks, such as digging trenches, laying conduit and lifting and moving heavier items.
- Experience operating specialized tools and equipment
- A willingness and eagerness to learn new skills, be great and grow
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- A safety advocate
- Willing to work away from home for periods of time
- Complete a Driver’s Abstract Check, Criminal Record Check and 9-Panel Drug & Alcohol Test, upon employment and as required

Pay: From $47.85 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 84 per week
