**Seasonal Skilled Operator**:
Nutreco is a member of the SHV family, committed to **'Feeding the Future'** through sustainable and innovative practices. At Nutreco, we operate with two main business lines: Skretting, a global leader in innovative aquafeed solutions, and Trouw Nutrition, dedicated to advancing animal nutrition for livestock health and productivity.

**Trouw Nutrition** is looking for a **Seasonal Operator** to support our operational activities during the late summer and fall harvest at our **Tavistock mill**. This role offers schedule flexibility but requires 100% on-site presence. We’re looking for an individual passionate about hands-on work, safety, and efficiency in production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform manual labor in production, including loading and weighing of trucks, elevator cleaning, truck cleaning, and general mill operations.
- Follow strict adherence to quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure production integrity.
- Complete necessary paperwork for assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area to meet safety and operational standards.
- Support general mill operations and production activities as needed.
- Uphold a strong commitment to safety protocols at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in manual labor or mill operations is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to operational standards and safety guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions closely.
- Willingness to work as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and flexibility.
- Physically able to handle tasks involving lifting and manual labor.
