Due to continuing growth, MaKami College currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position has primary responsibility for ensuring that student exams and assignments are entered into the student database accurately and in a timely manner.
**Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following)**:
- Obtain marked exams and assignments from Lead Instructors
- Enter exam marks and assignments into the database and update in students' Moodle record
- Ensure that exams and assignments are filed in student files
- Prepare student Diplomas
- Provide CRMTA Administrator with information on student eligibility for insurance coverage
- Direct students to the Tutoring Coordinator to discuss exam and assignment marks
- Prepare reports on grades and completion rates as required
**Education and Experience**
- High school or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience working in a data entry role within a similar environment
**Skills and Competencies**
- High attention to detail
- Strong organization skills
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Able to work autonomously and accurately according to established procedure
- Able to manage time effectively and/or suggest strategies for better time management
- Able to collaborate in a team environment on specific projects
- Able to sort, file and retrieve necessary information accurately from both electronic and hard-copy files
