Customer Engagement Specialist

Saskatoon, Canada North 49 Physical Therapy Full time

The role of the Customer Engagement Specialist is a vital position in the day to day functioning of North 49 Physical Therapy Prof. Corp. (North 49). It is also a unique position as it sets the first impression to those contacting the clinic and assists them throughout the continuum of their care at North 49. Key characteristics of this team member include being able to multitask, detailed orientated, service minded, and empathetic.

**Job responsibilities include**:

- Answering the phone.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Taking payment.
- Keeping track of daily client billing.
- Reconciling accounts receivables with insurance providers.
- Making patient files.
- Assisting in quality control measures.
- Documenting trends (i.e. referral base, intakes, efficiency) and provide updates as required.
- Ensure that the front entry and reception area are clean at all time and make a great first impression.
- Ongoing communication with other team members in regards to care of patients and the clinic manager in the day to day running of North 49.
- Looking for ways that North 49 can expand on our services to ensure that we are living out our mission statement of improving the quality of life for those living in our community.

Note: As the clinic evolves or situations arise there may be additional duties required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
