**Summary: The responsibilities of a Marketing & E-commerce Specialist at Mintink, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and managing various aspects of our e-commerce platform (Shopify Plus). Your role will involve implementing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing the online shopping experience to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement. This position requires a mix of marketing expertise, graphic design, e-commerce knowledge, and analytical skills to effectively contribute to the company's marketing and sales objectives.**

**Responsibilities**
- E-commerce Management:

- Must have Shopify Plus experience
- Lead E-commerce strategy to optimize the website for better performance and user experience
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our websites, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing
- Monitor website traffic, sales conversions, and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Marketing Strategy:

- Plan and implement advertising campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Digital Marketing Campaigns:

- Ability to create & execute compelling graphics and visuals that align with brand messaging and support various products, promotions & events
- Content Management:

- Create and update product descriptions, images, and other content featured on our website
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure marketing materials are consistent with the overall brand image
- Customer Experience:

- Focus on improving the overall customer experience on our website, from navigation to post-purchase support
- Data Analysis:

- Utilize web analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns and e-commerce performance
- Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior
- Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and e-commerce enhancements
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve the website's search engine rankings and organic traffic
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

- Analyze user behavior and website data to identify areas for improving conversion rates
- Propose and implement A/B tests and other strategies to optimize the online sales funnel
- Regular employee duties required such as attending retail stores & working other special events
- Must be able to travel (within the GTA) and be available on the occasional evenings/weekends when required
- This role is a hybrid office schedule: Tuesdays - Saturdays
- Attend offsite events when required

**Job Functions and Skill Sets**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems
- Experience in graphic design & proven ability to create compelling marketing materials & presentation decks
- Monitor social media accounts daily with respect to inquiries, comments & DM’s. Experience in a past customer service role is an asset
- Support the ongoing marketing strategy related to our social media platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ability to formulate sales & data presentation docs is an asset
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and fit well within a team setting. Strong communication skills are an asset
- Experience collecting and sharing meaningful data insights are crucial to the success of this role
- Assist where appropriate with various needs on a day-to-day basis. Experience in the Trading Card or Collectable space is a definite asset
- Strong Analytical & Research skills as well as Knowledge of general branding principles
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
