This individual will be responsible for assisting members of our e-commerce team in managing several thousand items on various major retail web sites.

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks crucial to maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our data systems. Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:
**Onboarding Sheets**:

- Efficiently process and input data from onboarding sheets into our database.

**Product Image Management**:

- Upload and maintain product images, ensuring a visually appealing and organized repository.

**Master Data Sheet Management**:

- Maintain and update our master data sheet to ensure content accuracy and consistency in universal naming formats.

**Support Account Managers**:

- Collaborate with account managers by performing delegated tasks.

**Content Gathering**:

- Take charge of gathering content required for various projects and tasks.

**Content Quality Control**:

- Monitor the quality of images and content; make notes and follow up to ensure any low-quality images are updated promptly.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Utilize our sales report sheet to provide monthly updates, with the option to delve into greater detail as required.
- Generate tailored reports according to specific needs.
- Perform month-to-month comparisons, year over year.
- Analyze sales by category, item, and sale amount.

**Inventory Analysis**:

- Collaborate with another team member on inventory analysis to maintain stock accuracy and optimize inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and database management.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and data analysis tools.
- Previous experience in data entry, e-commerce or a related role is a plus.
