Prestige Design and Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Roller Operator to join our team. As a Roller Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to build and pave roads, parking lots, and other construction projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Duties**:

- Operating the machine to compact surfaces of newly laid asphalt.
- Operate roller equipment to compact soil, asphalt, concrete, and other materials
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure proper compaction
- Collaborate with the construction team to coordinate work activities
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Qualifications:

- Commercial driving license (CDL) preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of roller equipment operation
- Experience operating loaders and other heavy equipment
- Familiarity with concrete forming and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, and lifting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
