Asphalt Rakerman

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Rakerman to join our team. As an Asphalt Rakerman, you will play a crucial role in the paving process, working alongside a team to build and maintain asphalt surfaces. This is a physically demanding position that requires a lot of attention to detail.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Rake and spread asphalt material to ensure proper grade and smoothness
- Assist with the preparation of the work area by removing debris and cleaning surfaces
- Operate heavy equipment such as rollers and compactors to compact asphalt layers
- Collaborate with the paving crew to ensure efficient workflow and quality results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operating hand tools and equipment to perform paving tasks
- Following safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Complete all daily safety forms

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Asphalt Rakerman with 3 years minimum experience
- Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and materials
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as rollers and compactors
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor environments
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
