- PCRS requires experienced program assistant who will work primarily to support staff, partners, and participants at the Broadway Youth Resource Centre. Located in East Vancouver, this site is a multi
- Responsibilities
- Provide reception to youth and service providers at the site.
- Data entry and desktop publishing.
- Assist youth to connect with the right service on site.
- Reconcile petty cash.
- Manage on site bookings.
- Provide crisis intervention if required and assist in maintaining a safe environment in the Drop In area.
- Qualifications
- A minimum of three years administrative experience is required. Experience with youth or mental health services is an asset. As English skills for proof-reading are essential,
- Advanced computer skills are essential; the successful applicant will be proficient in MSWord, Excel, Outlook, and desktop publishing. Experience publishing newsletters through platforms such as Mail Chimp is an asset.
- Criminal records check including the vulnerable sector.
