We are seeking a **Client Family Manager** to join our growing team in the Surrey/Langley area. If you have a great sense of humor, love discovering new ways to improve processes, and understand the value of education, this could be the perfect fit for you

**Position Details**:

- Evening shift: Monday to Friday
- Monday to Thursday: 4:30 - 8:30 pm
- Friday: 4:30 - 6:30 pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the point of contact for clients, parents and prospective students
- Connecting with parents to maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with the Tutor Manager to share tutoring schedules students
- Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule consultations with parents and Education Consultants
- Maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-ups and regular communication
- Managing schedule and tutor changes
- Handle escalations and problem-solve to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Drive renewal sales and referrals to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Address concerns and provide tutoring solutions tailored to each family’s needs
- Keep detailed records in our CRM software
- Opportunity to participate in marketing events for additional hours
- Assisting driving our Google 5-star initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or related experience
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Proven experience in managing and nurturing positive client relationships
- Outstanding phone manner and ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Empathy and care for students and families
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (moderate to advanced)

**Preferred Skills**:

- Background in education is an asset
- Prior sales experience
- Knowledge of a second language
- Degree or diploma in Education, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
