**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
- Draft legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients' best interests.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials effectively.
- Develop case strategies with opportunity to consult senior counsel
- Analyze evidence and formulate arguments.
- Maintain communication with clients to provide updates on case progress and gather necessary information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strategies for case management.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact ongoing cases.

**Qualifications**
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited Canadian law school.
- Admission to the bar in British Columbia.
- Proven experience in litigation preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client interaction.

Pay: $7,000.00-$12,000.00 per month
