Dans ce rôle, vous procurez la tranquillité d’esprit aux clients en leur offrant des solutions et des conseils hypothécaires personnalisés. Votre capacité d’établir des relations avec les partenaires internes et externes est essentielle à votre réussite, particulièrement au sein de la collectivité et auprès des agences immobilières. De plus, vous fidélisez la clientèle grâce à votre volonté d’offrir un service exceptionnel et personnalisé, alors que votre motivation éprouvée et votre style de vente dynamique vous permettent d’obtenir les résultats commerciaux que vous désirez.

- Entretenir les occasions sur le marché local et recruter de nouveaux clients grâce à l’établissement de relations dans la collectivité et avec vos personnes d’influence
- Établir une clientèle fidèle en offrant des conseils hypothécaires et des solutions financières exceptionnels
- Obtenir de bons résultats de vente personnels tout en collaborant avec les partenaires de RBC pour fidéliser des clients externes
- Prendre des initiatives pour offrir des conseils et des solutions qui répondent aux besoins individuels des clients
- Se déplacer et être accessible pour accommoder les clients

**De quoi avez-vous besoin pour réussir ?**

**Exigences**
- Expérience concrète de succès pendant au moins trois ans en vente, idéalement dans le secteur financier ou immobilier
- Un réseau solide au sein de votre collectivité qui apporte des recommandations, de nouveaux clients et une augmentation des ventes
- Capacité éprouvée d’établir et de maintenir des relations de confiance à long terme avec les clients
- Habileté à entretenir des relations solides avec les partenaires internes
- Entrepreneur travaillant de façon autonome et trouvant ses réponses
- Le titulaire de ce poste doit parler couramment le français et l’anglais afin de servir les clients francophones et anglophones de RBC dans ce marché

**Atouts**
- Expérience à titre de prêteur hypothécaire
- Solide connaissance du marché hypothécaire et des produits de financement immobilier
- Excellentes techniques de présentation et d’organisation
