We are a specialized arborist store catering to tree care professionals and enthusiasts alike. Our commitment is to provide high-quality arborist equipment and knowledgeable customer support. We’re looking for a dedicated Warehouse and Retail Associate to join our team, assisting with inventory management and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

Warehouse Duties:_**
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy
- Prepare items for delivery or shipping
- Assist with stock replenishment on the retail floor

**_
Retail Duties:_**
- Greet and assist customers, providing information on arborist tools and equipment
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and welcoming
- Answer customer questions regarding product specifications and usage
- Assist with product returns, exchanges, and repairs as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in warehouse or retail environments is preferred
- Knowledge of arborist tools/equipment is an asset, or a strong willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
