Sous la responsabilité du directeur de centre d'affaires, le spécialiste en éclairage aura une attitude entrepreneuriale, un sens aigu des affaires et le désir de réussir. Il aura l'esprit d'équipe et sera capable de travailler sans supervision et de respecter les échéances clés d'une manière positive et professionnelle.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:

- Diriger et influencer les spécifications au niveau de la consultation, de l'ingénierie, des promoteurs et de la gestion immobilière pour notre offre complète d'appareils d'éclairage et de produits de contrôle de l'éclairage ;
- Soutenir les besoins du territoire et des équipes de vente tout en exécutant les plans d'éclairage formulés conjointement par le directeur des ventes d'éclairage ;
- Faire des démonstrations de produits pour les spécificateurs, les entrepreneurs, les distributeurs et les utilisateurs finaux ;
- Gérer et maintenir les stocks d'éclairage selon les besoins en comprenant les besoins, les défis et la technologie des clients ainsi que les mises à jour des fabricants ;
- Développer des relations à long terme avec les fabricants d'éclairage et les clients de manière professionnelle ;
- Participer aux salons professionnels et aux événements des fabricants.

EXIGENCES
- Cinq (5) à dix (10) ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de préférence, et au minimum dans la vente ou une combinaison d'éducation et d'expérience ;
- Expertise dans l'éclairage, l'électricité et la conception avec des compétences en gestion de projet ;
- Connaissance des contrôles et des produits d'éclairage ;
- Excellentes compétences de présentation orale, écrite et verbale ;
- Bonnes compétences logicielles, y compris MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ;
- Une expérience en conception d'éclairage AGi32 est un atout, tout comme une certification IES reconnue.
