Operations Coordinator

We have an immediate opening for an Operations Coordinator, working out of our London location. This location is a constantly busy, quickly growing facility that operates with a goal-oriented and customer-driven team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Invoicing - daily rental invoicing, cycle billing, over the counter sales, machine install and field service invoicing.
- Updating purchase orders to include such things as proper Fx and freight charges are included
- Warehouse receiving and prepping orders for shipmen
- Maintaining paperwork flow both internally and for ecommerce compliance
- Daily close and prepping bank deposits
- Purchasing office supplies
- Warranty Claims for parts (TBT)
- Warranty Registration (TBT)
- Regular inventory audits
- Worker Rep Health & Safety
- Support Request from customer for quotes (inside Sales) (TBT)
- Assisting other operations under the SITECH banner
- Assisting other operation like sales leads for the Battlefield Banner
- Take any initiative or any other tasks related to my role
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Key Qualifications**
- The ability to provide excellent customer relations while keeping a positive attitude;
- Proficient in organization and process fulfillment, attention to detail, and paperwork organization;
- Excellent communication and people skills on both an internal and external;
- Previous experience working with technicians and in similar and/or related parts environment;
- Knowledge in the creation of parts orders and work orders, developing and receiving purchase orders, inventory management, estimate preparation;
- The ability to adapt to on-call work schedules;
- The desire to work effectively within a team environment;
