**Project Coordinator**

**Qualification and experience**
- Diploma or degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum 2 years working experience with design firm, contractor or developer
- Be able to work independently
- Design orientated

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing architecture and interior design brief
- Design research
- Assist in managing and coordinating design consultant (architect, interior design, landscape) and construction teams
- Review architecture and interior design proposals
- CAD drafting
- Assist construction team in procurement

**Skill**
- AutoCad, Revit, Photoshop, Sketch up
- 3D rendering is an advantage

Other skills
- Construction estimation experience is an advantage
