**Contract Business Analyst role**. Our client is looking to fill a contract role through The AML Shop. This position requires **strong analytical skills**, and an ability to document concisely and effectively and an exceptional attention to detail.

**What the position entails**:

- Process engineering of an end-to-end KYC business process spanning Compliance and Front-Line actions (inclusive of key metrics)
- Support the Project resource to provide business requirements as input into BRD, Process Flows and Data Masters
- Liaison and/or POC between project teams
- Process engineering of an end-to-end KYC business process spanning Compliance and Front Line actions (inclusive of key metrics)
- BRD to inform the development to create workflow and functionality to enable the business process referenced above
- Business Implementation documentation and facilitation (training user guides, Job aids, training)
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing prep and execution
- Provide Post deployment support and handover
- Participate in special projects according to the needs of the department.

- Understand business requirements.
- Must have a strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. You must be passionate about your ability to always find solutions to customers’ needs.
- Must be self-motivated, goal driven and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall team’s success in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker and can rapidly problem-solve.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Comfortable dealing with technical information and ability to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3+ years’ experience in the financial industry.
- Bachlors degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst working in the area of Data Migration projects is a plus.
- Credentials or certifications in KYC or AML or Compliance (ie CAMS)

**Salary**: $30.00-$52.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
