Job Summary:
Job Location: Remote work is not available in AK, MT, HI (US) and Quebec, Nunavut, NW Territories, Yukon (Canada)

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure identical rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices and troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues.- Build and maintain customer journeys utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other tools with a strong focus on continuous improvement.- Leverage insights from existing campaign performance and best practices to provide recommendations for ongoing optimization of campaigns and programs to meet and exceed desired outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle.- Manage organizational deliverability rates and IP scores to optimize campaigns.- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must have in-depth digital marketing knowledge with a passion for digital technologies and trends- An experienced team player with demonstrated success in inspiring and motivating direct reports, cross-functional teams, and external parties

Required Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS-
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget)-
- Working knowledge of SQL and AMPscript- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)-
- Knowledgeable with Google Analytics, a huge plus
