**POSITION MANDATE**

Efficiently provide IT services for TPS and staff. Administer, maintain, design, modify, implement, and secure the technical network and IT infrastructure.

**REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES**

Technical
- Install, repair, and configure hardware, software, and peripherals according to standards and operational needs.
- Assist in network security planning and perform regular security monitoring for intrusions.
- Ensure regular backups of file systems and system data and manage off-site storage.
- Manage user accounts and provide technical support following Help Desk Procedures.
- Troubleshoot and recover from hardware or software failures, coordinating with impacted users.
- Optimize performance, perform hardware upgrades, and maintain installation procedures and documentation.
- Assist in scheduled maintenance upgrades and maintain software licenses and warranties.
- Research and recommend cost-effective IT solutions and outside IT service providers.
- Adhere to company safety culture and policies.

Administration & Financial
- Define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare IT reports as required.
- Maintain documentation of installation procedures, configuration, and network licenses.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Handle confidential information appropriately.
- Meet IT deliverable quality and timeline expectations.
- Resolve help desk tickets promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure efficient functioning and maximum uptime of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Provide end users with the required IT support.
- Ensure system security and monitoring.
- Recommend appropriate IT infrastructure solutions for TPS.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Support staff with helpful guidance and support.
- Consistently follow internal quality standards, policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

- Hardware Knowledge: 3 years (preferred)
- Scripting & Automation: 3 years (preferred)
