Carpenter/lead Hand

**Job Summary**
As a Lead Hand, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high standards.
**Duties**:
- Manage and supervise a team of construction workers on-site
- Interpret blueprints and schematics for project execution
- Utilize hand tools to assist in roof installation, cabinet installation, and general carpentry work
- Fabricate and restore structures as needed
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
**Skills**
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Hands-on experience with roof installation and carpentry work
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of construction workers
- Knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage
- Maintenance Person skills for various construction tasks
**Qualifications**
- 5 years experience
- Leadership skills demonstrated in previous roles
- Strong background in carpentry and construction
- Experience using a variety of hand tools effectively
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
