**Your New Role**:
Implementation of Industry 4.0 projects to automate Deco Automotive’s operating data and machinery. Design Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and PLC programs Structures for machines. Combining technology, robotics, artificial intelligence, and automation to create an efficient and effective manufacturing process.

**What You Will Need to Succeed**:

- College diploma in industrial/electrical controls
- Proven of record of PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens) or CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens). Other programming language for example C++, VB, Python, SQL Database, is an asset.
- Experience with PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff Automation), SQL Database, Kepware/OPC, SCADA, Drives, Networking (Ethernet, IO-Link, DH+, DHRIO, ProfiBus, Control-Net, Device-Net), and Versiondog.

**As an Automation Specialist, You Will**:

- Establishes and follows-up full project implementation including timing, concept, feasibility, design, specifications, construction, and commissioning.
- Working in corroboration with Deco’s I4.0 team in executing project priorities.
- Updating Cosma share-point communication as required.
- Software connectivity of equipment, workstations
- Standardization of processes that facilitate data sharing
- Control over work methods and processes
- Access to specialists in digital technologies
- The development of new skills and learning of new software for implementation.
- Training of team members on new systems once implemented.
- ERP Systems (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) development.
- Managers' daily tasks management system
- Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM)
- Human Resources Management Systems (HCM)
- Improve industrial processes with pre-built analytics
- Troubleshooting of process problems and complete quality improvements as required to maintain part standards quality using VersionDog and other analytics methods.
- Deals extensively with vendors (both parts suppliers, equipment suppliers and software enterprises)
- Plant support in troubleshooting / repairs and systems improvements (optimization)
- Maintain safety standards of equipment and work area and perform all duties in a safe manner in accordance with the safety policies Deco Automotive
- Commitment to continuous improvement and workplace safety,
- IATF16949 awareness and adherence,
- ISO14001 awareness and adherence,
- Lean Manufacturing and 5S concepts awareness and adherence,
- Other duties as may be required.
