We have over 70 acres of greenhouse growing area and just over 80 acres of additional container growing area. From our humble beginnings as a 5 acre, family run blueberry farm, we have grown significantly to produce high quality ornamentals, small fruits and perennials along with a state of the art tissue culture lab across four growing locations.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join our administrative team in Aldergrove, BC. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, executing orders and coordinating with operations, communications with Sales team.

**Required**:

- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 2 years' administrative experience
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and manage multiple tasks at one time
- Ability to keep confidential matters regarding our business and partners in full confidence
- Ability to meet pending deadlines, prioritize work and emergency work requests.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- You will be responsible for providing receptionist and secretarial services to the management team.
- Proven experience in administrative and reception roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintaining and updating customer account records, guaranteeing orders are accurate and complete
- Collaborating with Sales teams to enhance the customer experience
- Manages reception area and greets visitors and answers the phone
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
- Prior Office Management Experience Preferred (2-5 years Office Administrator experience preferred)
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to Work Without Supervision
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Technical Skills, Including Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
- Ability to Handle Confidential Information
- Strong Record Keeping Skills

**Salary**: To be discussed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.40-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
