Centennial Carstar in Dartmouth is looking for an organized, motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative_

**NOW HIRING**: Customer Service Representative

**LOCATION**: Centennial Carstar Dartmouth, Dartmouth, NS

**HOURS**: Full time, Permanent. 40 hours per week.

**WAGES**: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

**APPLICABLE SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Exceptional written, verbal and computer skills
- Communication: Speak and write clearly for customer understanding.
- Empathy: Understand and listen to customer needs.
- Organization: Manage customer inquiries aligning with insurance company guidelines.
- Multi-tasking: Handle several inquiries at once.
- Detail-Oriented: Pay attention to customer details and make customer satisfaction a priority
- Team Player: Work well with others.
- Professionalism: Be courteous and professional.
- Must be reliable, dependable and show initiative.
- Valid driver’s license is required.

**MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answer and direct telephone calls appropriately
- Take and relay messages if necessary
- Schedule car rental reservations and repair appointments
- Follow up with customers throughout collision repair process
- Greet everyone in a professional, helpful and timely manner
- Perform other general administration duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
