The role - Project Coordinator

eurOptimum is looking for highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Corporate department. This position requires excellent customer service and strong organizational skills; and will be responsible for assisting a high-performing Senior Account Executive.

This role is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office; however, in the first several months you will find yourself spending more time in the office where you will learn the most and receive hands-on training.

What you’ll do:

- Support a dedicated Senior Account Executive (or their designate) in meeting individual and departmental goals;
- Support an efficient and streamlined project management process;
- Manage accounts receivables, expense reports, and invoicing;
- Coordinate, schedule, and troubleshoot installations;
- Gather pricing from vendors;
- Prepare client quotations;
- Coordinate with internal design department;
- Produce purchase orders, packing slips, shipping waybills, and all other project related documentation;
- Plan and coordinate client appreciation events;
- Provide high quality customer service;
- Ensure account information and sales opportunities are up-to-date in NetSuite at all times.

What you have:

- 3+ years’ experience in a project assistant/coordinator role;
- Diploma or Certificate in Interior Design or Interior Decorating;
- Knowledge of different types of materials
- Exceptional customer service skills - you must possess a positive and good attitude with the ability to maintain good communication with team members, clients and vendors;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - you must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
- Strong business writing acumen
- Must be proactive, communicative, and able to work with mínimal supervision;
- A quick learner, self-motivated and extremely detailed-oriented;
- Thrives in a fast-paced, chaotic environment;
- Highly proficiency with Microsoft office programs;
- Knowledge of NetSuite (or another CRM/ERP system) is advantageous;
- Resourceful and creative;
- Strong problem solving skills and a solid solutions-oriented mindset.
