- The HR Team is looking for a talented, resourceful, and skilled communicator to oversee and arrange the company's training programs. The role of Learning and Development Coordinator involves identifying new funding sources, securing government training grants, and implementing a new LMS & HRIS system while providing training to users._
- Develop and manage a database of external training resources, including contact information, regions covered, and areas of expertise
- Create a job skills competency matrix to guarantee uniformity in training and development plans for roles across the company
- Oversee and maintain the LMS training database and training records
- Manage vendor relationships and processes related to the LMS and training content provider
- Research and acquire new e-learning content for the LMS and training programs
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need improvement
- Recommend and coordinate employee participation in training conferences and training courses as necessary
- Purchase instructional materials (e.g., eBooks and manuals) Calculate and report on training expenses Participate in the development of HR orientation training
- Stay updated on new training methods and techniques Collect and summarize feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational sessions
- Track and report employee training metrics through the use of the Learning Management System.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- BA in HR, Training, Education, Psychology, or similar discipline or related experience
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
- Experience with project management and grant-writing
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and web delivery tools is a plus
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle, particularly needs assessment and evaluating program effectiveness
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Proficient knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
