We are Criteria Management a Digital Management Company that works alongside a suite of tech based companies but for this role we will specificaly be focusing on our sister company Crank Media which is a full time entertainment company that deals with music, film and tv.

**Description**

Reporting to the CCO, the objective of this role is to educate and promote our brands to our audience in an entertaining way and position ourselves as a leader in the digital entertainment space, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through the strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.

Our Social Media Manager should have a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement. As a representative of our brand, you will actively participate in relevant conversations and promote our products while providing support to existing and potential community members.

Your expertise in social media marketing will be essential in achieving our goals and establishing strong brand connections.

**Applicant Requirements**
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working in social media, digital marketing, and communications - either in a corporate or agency environment.
- Proven knowledge of marketing, social media, digital marketing, tracking, reporting and social media strategizing.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and practices to increase brand awareness.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends. Familiarity with the latest social media trends and knowing how to use them for business growth.
- Strong communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively with followers and customers to build relationships and increase engagement.
- Strategic planning abilities. Knowing how to plan and implement successful campaigns across multiple channels.
- Time management skills. The ability to stay organized and manage time effectively to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Works with a sense of urgency and an ability to be flexible and agile to meet deadlines.
- Copywriting skills. The capacity to write effective copy and create compelling content that informs and entertains audiences.
- Creative thinking. The talent to come up with innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Proficient in content creation. The skill and comfort to be able to capture, create, edit, and share content across all channels.
- (Nice to have) Basic design skills. Having an eye for detail and the capacity to create aesthetically pleasing visuals such as infographics or videos.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
