Key responsibilities:
- Act as 1st point of contact for vendors, customers & other visitors.
- Answer, screen and direct all calls.
- Receive and send all mail and courier packages.
- Shipping and receiving of orders as required.
- Perform clerical duties as required such as data entry, typing documents, spreadsheet preparation and filing.
Qualifications:
- Some sales experience preferred.
- Successful completion of high school.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Dependable, self motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Training will be provided as necessary.
