Grow with us as a Maintenance Manager in our state-of-the-art facility. You will need to be detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, flexible leadership, strong communication skills and the ability to be innovative, cost effective while ensuring and maintaining the facility and equipment.

**Maintenance Manager**:

- Primarily responsible for planning, coordinating and execution of maintenance activities for production lines, machinery and facilities
- Providing motivation, direction and guidance to Maintenance Team including operational support and preventive maintenance activities
- Managing unplanned downtime through troubleshooting, communication, efficient and effective root analysis
- Managing plant projects that drive and facilitate change and strategic visions
- Providing continuous improvement working towards company objectives and strategies while managing and strengthening Maintenance activities
- Providing supportive and compliant information and practices through communication of all regulations and safety procedures both for site and maintenance team
- Managing and conducting training on best practices for operating, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and repairs
- Managing and supervising of Maintenance shifts, work order allocation and coordination of unplanned corrective actions

**Technical/Educational requirements**:

- Trade certification from college or technical school
- Proven leadership, supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- At least 5 years in similar role
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Reliable, motivated and strong communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, sense of urgency and accountability
- Must be available to work multiple shifts (including weekends)

FULL BENEFIT PACKAGE

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
