- Assist customers with wine tasting and purchases
- Perform structured tastings for tour groups
- Helping customers with reservations and guiding them to their tasting bar
- Provide exceptional and professional customer service
- Use a computer-operated point-of-sale system
- Answering phones and scheduling reservations
- Assist with special events
- Stock wine and giftware
- Performing general housekeeping duties

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Smart Serve certification
- Ability to work well within a team-focused environment
- Wine knowledge an asset but not mandatory
- Motivation to exceed sales targets
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Ambitious and goal-oriented
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be available to work on weekends and holidays
