**Busy Luxury Leasing Company looking for 2 experienced Agents**

Rent it Furnished Inc. is seeking two experienced **Leasing Agents** with market knowledge and proven results in the downtown Toronto rental market.

You will be responding to leads, meeting with clients, showing beautiful and sometimes very exclusive residences in a very fast paced, exciting position. We have strong and consistent lead flow, a large book of existing business and a lucrative compensation structure based on growth.

This is a fast paced environment where technology compliments a small but high performing sales team in a specialized service offering.

- You know the downtown Toronto rental market and are an expert at pricing and moving rental property - specializing in high-end and furnished rentals.
- You are an experienced leasing professional with a proven track record of exceeding your targets and creating great customer experiences for your clients.
- You are self-motivated and sales focused with experience in driving business including cold calling, relationship building and business development.
- You thrive and prefer a fast-paced environment and love a busy schedule that includes a lot of appointments, touch points and deals closing weekly.
- You easily succeed at fostering long-lasting relationships with your clients and your team by providing an excellent customer experience, being extremely reliable and accountable for your deliverables.
- You are articulate, professional and have a great command of the English language.
- You are tech-savvy and use social media to promote yourself as a professional with our company and in our industry.
- You have a valid driving license, a reliable vehicle and easily commute between appointments.
- You naturally have a “can-do” attitude and the ability to find opportunities in challenges

Your first-year income expectations are $75,000 to $95,000+ depending on performance with seasoned agents earning $130,000+ annually

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- real estate leasing: 1 year (required)
- furnished rental: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario real estate trading license (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5V 1L9
