Simplicity Car Care Calgary is hiring an Auto Body Estimator/Administrative Assistant to join our team

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional and successful customer experience while receiving and accurately labeling parts and detailing vehicles as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write Estimates for vehicle repairs (Training will be provided)
- Maintain a friendly demeanor while performing duties around the body shop.
- Accurately receive, verify parts and store them in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear communication between dealerships and clients.
- Ensure proper documentation and paperwork are completed.
- Adhere to Simplicity's policies and procedures.

Technical Skills:

- Customer service skills as well as communication with insurance claims appraisers and dealerships.
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative.
- Ability to multitask, be organized and respond to customers in a timely manner.
- Detail-oriented.
- Have outstanding time management, problem solving, critical thinking and sound judgement skills.
- Drivers license - Required

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CALGARY, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Auto Body Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
