**Concrètement, **à quoi ressemble**ront tes journées ?**
- Gérer et animer nos comptes Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn et autres plateformes;
- Engager avec nos communautés, développer des relations solides avec elles et contribuer à la bonne réputation de la marque;
- Développer et exécuter la stratégie de contenu et médias sociaux afin d’atteindre nos objectifs d’affaires et faire vivre la personnalité de la marque;
- Appliquer les calendriers de contenus en synergie avec l’ensemble des stratégies;
- En collaboration avec notre studio créatif, produire et superviser la production de contenus visuels et vidéos;
- Créer des contenus en temps réel lors d’événements et selon l’actualité;
- Mettre à jour et présenter des tableaux de bord et des rapports de performance;
- Analyser les données et indicateurs de performance et ajuster la stratégie de communication si nécessaire;
- Suivre les tendances en matière de bonnes pratiques, de contenus, d'outils et de médias sociaux;
- Faire une vigie de la compétition, surveiller l’intégrité de notre marque et suivre des tendances du marché de l’immobilier.

**Ce qu’il te faut pour être Coordonnateur(trice), Médias sociaux chez nous?**
- Diplôme universitaire en communication, marketing ou autre domaine pertinent;
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en gestion des médias sociaux;
- Connaissance approfondie des réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest et Tik Tok) et de leurs bonnes pratiques;
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale de la langue française;
- Maîtrise avance de la langue anglaise;
- Connaissance de la suite Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), d’outils de création de contenus, et de Hootsuite un atout important;
- Créativité et souci du détail développé;
- Excellente habileté à gérer les priorités et autonomie;
- Facilité à collaborer et à travailler en équipe;
- Intérêt soutenu envers les nouvelles tendances et technologies reliées aux médias sociaux.
