Exciting opportunity for a Baker to join a fun and locally-based bakery.
We are looking for a hard-working individual who has baking experience, is able to fulfill orders within specific time constraints and has a passion for bread.
This position requires an early morning start (3:00am), Tuesday-Saturday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Weighing, mixing and preparing dough
- Baking different types of bread including sourdough, rye and traditional white and grain loaves
- Rolling, baking and cutting cinnamon buns
- Accurately observe and determine what prep needs to be made for the following day
- Ability to foresee busy periods and prepare the kitchen accordingly
- General kitchen prep and cleanup
