We are on the lookout for a Security & Safety Advisor who shares our passion for customer satisfaction and safety excellence. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and reinforcing our commitment to a secure and healthy work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the HSE and Loss Prevention programs, ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and regulatory standards across our complex sites.
- Engage with team members to identify potential hazards, evaluate risks, and implement effective safety measures.
- Advocate for HSE awareness and support management in fulfilling their safety responsibilities.
- Perform regular site inspections to maintain a secure and compliant workplace.
- Enforce adherence to both regulatory and internal HSE requirements.
- Facilitate comprehensive HSE training for all team members, emphasizing the importance of safety from day one.
- Regularly review and enhance Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for various roles within the organization.
- Lead thorough incident investigations and root cause analyses, providing actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Contribute to the implementation of strategic safety improvement plans.
- Serve as a resource for incident management systems and continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate actively in safety committees and contribute to cross-functional team projects.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- A commitment to upholding our core values and enhancing our culture of safety.
- Relevant academic background in environmental safety, industrial hygiene, or a similar field; equivalent professional experience is also valued.
- 1-5 years of hands-on experience with HSE practices, including the management of site-specific regulatory programs.
- Previous leadership experience with a track record of fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Professional certifications in the field of occupational health and safety are an asset.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
