KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility for materials and equipment for corporate operations
- Procurement and sales (online and in person) of materials and equipment
- Organization and tracking of materials and equipment
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for vehicles and equipment
- Establish and maintain good customer and company personnel
- Comply with Company’s corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures
- Complete and maintain appropriate documentation including all required safety documentation and daily / weekly progress reports
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve project performance, to achieve net improvements month over month
- Maintain clean driving abstract and Drug and Alcohol clearance
- Maintain a professional image and a high level of service with customers and co-workers during all contact, displaying positive behavior, attitude, and workmanship habits
- Lead others by example
- Any other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience and strong background in construction, preferably electrical
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role with experience in the construction industry
- Valid and clean Class 5 driver’s license
- High level of skill working with Microsoft Office programs, as well as computer skills; required to navigate various websites on a daily basis
- Self motivated
- Ambitious
- Mechanical minded and abilities
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and tools, with the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs
- Must be local to the Birch Hills area and able to commute to and from each day for work
- Must be bondable and maintain a clear criminal record
