- **Minimum Qualification**:_
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “**STEM**” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent
- Solid IT work experience in the operations or development areas for databases and **ETL processes**, using **SQL** and **Talend technology**.
- Experience with large projects and working with global teams in an English-speaking work environment.
- Adaptive to **AGILE methodology** and **SCRUM experience**:

- Experience in designing, developing, validating, and deploying the **Talend ETL processes**.
- Experience with **Talend Data Integration**:Design**, **develop** Talend **ETL scripts**, creating and deploying end to end **Talend Data Integration** solution.
- Experience with a full life-cycle development from functional design to deployment
- Database experience (**Snowflake, SQL Server** or **DB2**)
- Strong knowledge and experience of **SQL**:

- Understanding of **Dimensional Models**:

- Experience with **development** and **production support**
- **Preferred Qualifications**:_
- Talend server installation and configuring/ administration.
- SQL system migration and upgrade experience are advantages
- Good knowledge in the financial domain is a great plus.
- Strong Analytical skill and communication skills
- Ability to self-learn and teach more junior team members.
- Tolerance uncertainties, ability to take measured risk.

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Demonstrate an understanding of technology and digital frameworks in the context of data integration.
- Ensure code and design quality through the execution of test plans and assist in development of standards, methodology and repeatable processes, working closely with internal and external design, business, and technical counterparts.
- Create technical specs, code, and configuration.
- Executes and supervise tests.
- Design end to end solution architecture and guide development teams in complex requirements.
- Actively responsive to customers and mitigate issues such as product feature deficiencies and other objections.
- Upgrade and Install **Talend software plan** and **execute patches**, minor and major release upgrades.
- Manage **ETL’s** refreshes and monitoring, migrations.
- Work closely with data architects and suggest configuration and process changes to improve the reliability, scalability, and supportability of **Snowflake solutions**.
- Maintain scripts and documentation related to **Product suite**.
- Continuously improve **ETL** and **data processes**:

- Ingest data into Data Lake over **Azure Cloud** and **orchestration** using **Snowflake**.
