Overview: ATTN: INSURANCE ADVISORS

Tired of the daily grind of finding new leads etc. We are looking for an individual who has successfully entered the insurance or investment business but tired of the daily grind to find new clients. We have a block ready to be serviced. This is salary plus commssion and bonus.Preference given to advisors with books of business of $8M or more and has insurance experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their investments and financial goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in finance and a passion for helping others achieve financial success.

**Duties**:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities
- Develop personalized financial plans based on clients' goals and risk tolerance
- Recommend investment strategies and products that align with clients' objectives
- Provide ongoing financial advice and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' investments
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records

**Experience**:

- Currently in the business and have a small block of clients. Preference given to advisors with books of business of $8M or more and has insurance experience
- Proven experience working in the financial services industry as a Financial Advisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and economic principles
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in using CRM software and other financial planning tools
