**SOLUTION ARCHITECT - Director**

Duties include Recommend and implement SAP S/4 HANA centric solutions to support business capabilities and complex business scenarios with the objective of simplifying, stabilizing and modernizing the ERP solutions. Demonstrated experience providing S/HAHA Solution Architecture to large, SAP Business Tranfsormation Programs.
- **MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)**_
- **Aerospace and Defense Industry experience.**:

- 7 to 12+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in business management areas
- 10 to 15+ years of business consulting experience implementing ERP solutions
- **Leadership & Business Analysis -- Subject Matter Expert in Solution Architecture, Systems and Process Integration, Technology Transformation, Systems and Platforms Modernization**:

- **Creating business strategy, business process definition and design thinking approaches**:

- Serve as the solution lead on strategic initiatives. Prepare and provide input to plans and staffing models, cost estimates, and project deliverables. Work with large cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work through and solve complex problems and deal with ambiguity on changing environments, learn quickly and teach others
- Develop solutions to complex problems, which require regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
- Ensure analytics solutions are consistent with organization objectives and global design.
- Lead and/or participate in cross-functional analytics driven business improvement initiatives
- Evaluate multiple analytical solutions and lead the selection of the best solution to support the business insights with the highest benefit
- Relationship Management - Partner with clients, collaborate with project teams and business leaders.
- Individual Accountabilities - Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, project goals, etc.)
- Document clear and complete requirements for complex solutions
- Analyze current customer investments on analytical solutions and platforms and provide futuristic roadmap with realistic and optimal implementation initiatives
- **Must be on client site in Montreal on weekly basis (Monday thru Thursday)**:

- **Travel and expenses paid for non-local employee.**

**Role: SAP S/4HANA Program Manager**

**Location: Canada(Montreal, QC)**

**Duration: Full Time**

**Client: TCS**
- Minimum of 15 years leading ERP transformation programs with ability to work in the location where he/she is hired without current or future visa sponsorship
- Experience leading large global S/4HANA business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives
- Experience leading sales opportunities
- Previous hands on experience leading a specific functional stream
- Deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives.
- **Must have Aerospace and Defense (A&D) experience**:

- Must have previous professional experience with SAP S/4HANA - 4 years of SAP S/4HANA, with deep knowledge of one of the business processes
- Ability to articulate the businesses enabled by SAP S/4HANA
- Ability to lead a global transformation program with onshore and offshore team members
- Ability to develop detailed program plan, develop and monitor risk/issues, present status to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to lead steering committee meetings, lead team meetings, lead business meetings, and lead project management team
- Ability to lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomes.
- Understanding of internal and program financials and processes
- Provide accurate estimates, timeline and ability to self-direct and mentor/manage teams and client.
- Deep understanding of industry specific KPI’s and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business
- Prior working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANA
- Ability to be hands on if required and mentor junior team members
- Knowledge of the new SAP Model Company a definite plus
- Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership
- Bachelor degree or equivalent required
- **Excellent communication skills: Bilingual English/French preferred.**:
**Salary**: $120,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
