**Cuisinier(ère)**

Le **Cuisinier(ère)** prépare et cuisine des aliments selon les directives du chef de cuisine.

**Les responsabilités spécifiques comprennent ce qui suit, sans toutefois s'y limiter**:

- Prépare et cuisine des aliments selon les directives du chef de cuisine.
- Respecte toutes les règles en matière de manipulation des aliments, d’hygiène et de sécurité.
- Contrôle les pertes d’aliments.
- Travaille rapidement et de façon sécuritaire afin d’offrir un excellent service à la clientèle.
- Maintient les aires de préparation et d’entreposage propres, bien ordonnées et sécuritaires.
- Consigne les quantités utilisées et collabore aux commandes d’aliments et de fournitures.
- S’assure de la rotation appropriée des stocks d’aliments périssables.
- Se conforme à toutes les politiques et exigences de santé-sécurité.
- Travaille efficacement et propre.
- Diplôme d’études secondaires
- Certificat d’une école de cuisine
- Bilingue en français et en anglais.
- De 3 à 5 années d’expérience préalable; doit exceller dans un environnement axé sur le travail d’équipe

- Contribution aux objectifs financiers
- Objectifs individuels liés à la réalisation des objectifs du service
- Rétroactions des clients internes et externes, incluant de collègues et superviseurs.

**Cook**

The **Cook** prepares and cooks food, under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

**Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following**:

- Prepares and cooks all food according to Executive Chef’s direction
- Follows all food handling, health and safety regulations
- Controls waste of food
- Maintains prep, fridge, freezer and storage areas in a clean, tidy and safe manner
- Keep records of quantities used and assists with food and supplies ordering
- Ensures proper rotation of perishable stocks
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
- Work efficiently and neatly.
- High school diploma
- Culinary school graduate
- Bilingual in French and English
- 3-5 years previous experience, excelling in a team environment

**The measures of success**:

- Contribution to financial objectives
- Individual objectives linked to the achievement of department goals
- Feedback from internal and external clients, including other team members and supervisors.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
