**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the Ontario Fire Academy, its programs, admissions process, and financial aid options to potential students.
- Convert leads into enrolled students by effectively communicating the benefits of our programs and helping prospective students understand how Ontario Fire Academy can help them achieve their career goals.
- Utilize effective sales strategies and techniques to convert leads into enrolled students, meeting or exceeding established enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students throughout enrollment, from initial contact to post-enrollment.
- Develop and understand our training programs, admission requirements, and the firefighting industry to effectively guide and advise prospective students.
- Track and manage leads in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and student services, to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Represent the Ontario Fire Academy at various events, such as career fairs, open houses, and information sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of prospective student interactions and progress throughout the admissions process.
- Maintaining student file - receiving and compiling documents before program start date.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance our admissions process and overall student experience.
- Responsible for managing and executing social media strategy, including scheduling posts, crafting engaging captions, and planning content calendars.
- Support event planning and setup.
- Organize and maintain marketing materials.

**Other duties as assigned by Ontario Fire Academy management.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors or post-secondary degree required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably within the education or training industry.
- A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of successfully converting leads into sales or enrollments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic
- Access to a car and a valid driver's license for occasional travel to external events or meetings.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
