We provide our expert services to the nation’s most exciting live, virtual and hybrid events ranging from concerts, sporting events, festivals, trade shows,and galas, to conferences and equipment rentals.

What you will have the opportunity to do:

- Track and process accounts and incoming payments
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data
- Reconcile A/R statements, verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Create Invoices and monitor quotes and completed invoices
- Facilitate payment of invoices due to the organization by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts
- Assist in the preparation of payroll, eventually gaining the skill set to complete payroll processing on you own as required
- Assist accounts payable as required
- Provide general accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Enter and maintain digital and physical accounting records and documents
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee files
- Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary

**Responsibilities & Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you have:

- Completion of post-secondary education in accounting or bookkeeping or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of working in a busy administrative role is an asset
- Bonus points if you have experience in using employee time management and accounting software such as Sage

- Can analyze large volumes of information whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy with ability to handle tight timelines and adapt to changing customer needs
- Possess strong problem solving skills with the ability be proactive and identify potential issues
