**Position Summary**

CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for a Service Manager for the Burlington location.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Efficiently plan parts and equipment needs for preventive maintenance, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Analyze and monitor preventive maintenance progress through detailed maintenance reports, ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Review and validate completed work orders from refrigeration technicians, ensuring accuracy, and establish competitive pricing.
- Develop estimates for services, determining completion dates, and coordinating equipment orders to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assign technicians based on workload, providing clear instructions, and acting as a technical resource to ensure high-quality service.
- Proactively address repetitive service calls, identifying opportunities for technician and apprentice development to enhance overall team performance.
- Lead the recruitment process for refrigeration mechanics, conduct training sessions, and organize departmental meetings to foster effective communication and collaboration.

**Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications**
- Refrigeration technician diploma with a minimum of 10 years' experience as a journeyman refrigeration technician.
- Proficient in common office software with the ability to adapt to new technologies and software relevant to the refrigeration industry.
- Strong knowledge of after-sales service with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Have experience in management, an asset.
