The Client Management Solutions Department is responsible for carrying out IT projects for Desjardins Group's CRM program roadmap. This multi-year program involving many business units is aimed at implementing an integrated CRM solution for all frontline employees, consistent with our goal of being everyone's #1 choice.

General Information on the Position- Provide an integrated, simple and transparent solution for the organization's frontline employees.- Have a consolidated overview of our members and clients.- Offer clients a seamless experience.- Standardize and simplify relationships between Desjardins and clients organization-wide.

Main responsibilities- Implement, develop and configure the Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) app in accordance with the analysis documents- Use Microsoft-recommended development methods (plug-ins, PCFs, web resources, etc.) to meet business needs when configuration isn't sufficient- Design, develop and migrate data and integrations/interfaces into existing systems- Design and maintain tests (unit testing, health tests, etc.) and automate the testing and rollout processes- Prepare technical documentation- Help analyze needs and recommend IT solutions to meet complex business needs within the enterprise architecture framework- Help estimate complex technical tasks- Be proactive while meeting Dynamics 365 standards- Work efficiently with team members to proactively identify, mitigate and resolve risks and problems- Contribute best practices, recommendations and lessons learned to the internal community, with a focus on continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or in a related field- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience- Significant experience with Dynamics 365 Online implementation and development- Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with at least one of the following modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service or Project Automation- Experience configuring Dynamics 365 (tables, forms, views, business rules, etc.)- Experience developing Dynamics 365 (PCFs, plug-ins, custom workflow activities, web resources, Dataverse custom APIs, etc.)- Experience with Power Platform: Power Apps and Power Automate- Experience implementing data migration and integration solutions with Dynamics 365 (an asset)- Experience developing in Azure (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub, etc.) (an asset)Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Hold recent certification on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Power Platform (an asset)- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
