We are looking for a diligent and energetic
**Deskside Consultant** for our
**Toronto **branch to support our Managed IT Services team In this role, you will leverage your excellent technical and customer experience skills, while building your knowledge and growing a career with Long View. In this role there may be a requirement for on-site work. Onsite role supporting local clients in the Niagara Region.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Provide remote and on-premise Tier I, II and III deskside and help desk support in an Office 365 and Azure Cloud environment
- Support the administration of MS Windows 7-10, MS Office 365, Skype for Business and Teams
- Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across multiple teams (Network, Infrastructure, Messaging)
- Support and administer Azure, on-premise Active Directory, and MS Exchange
- Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment
- Install and support PCs, laptops, tablets and mobile hardware and software
- Track and escalate outages, working with vendors to troubleshoot issues and source solutions

**What You Bring**:

- 3-5 years of related IT experience
- Knowledge of server operations, infrastructure, web interfaces, and remote access tools
- Experience with remote support, Microsoft O365, Active Directory, and Windows and Mac environments
- Ability to diagnose, research and solve technical and data issues independently
- Capacity to work with ticketing systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and multitasking skills
- Willingness and ability to be onsite with our client 2-3 days a week, while working from home for the rest of your shifts
