An organized, motivated individual to assist in the estimation and management of commercial projects, having excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong computer skills, the ability to read drawings and estimate quantities, and possess excellent organizational skills. It is expected that you will maintain technical qualifications (CET/EIT/P.Eng) and/or other trade-relevant certifications as required, or be in pursuit of said qualifications.
Your duties will include:

- Meeting with clients in a professional manner to determine project requirements, and promote the interests of the Company
- Read drawings/proposals/specifications and extract information relevant to estimating the project, and computation of associated costs with a strong attention to detail
- Assisting with Preparation of reports as required
- Working as a team to direct crews to undertake work, organization and delivery of materials
- Assisting with Ensuring project schedules are maintained
- Assisting with Maintaining appropriate cost tracking information and organized records
- Maintaining current and relevant technical knowledge of the industry
- Assisting with critical layout/elevation/control point establishments when project complexity demands and/or supervising critical aspects of projects
- Assisting with or spearheading construction estimates of various types suited to the skill set of the individual.

- Strong written and verbal communication skillso Valid driver’s license
- Strong computer skillso Technical knowledge in construction
- Ability to read drawings and extract information
- Ability to compute quantities
- Strong organizational and record keeping skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
