Cobalt Safety, a leading safety consulting firm, seeks an experienced safety professional to join our team as an ISO45001 Implementation Expert. In this role, you will work with a dynamic and collaborative team to help our clients implement and maintain effective safety management systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Directly assist the Director of Field Operations with implementing ISO45001 safety management systems for clients in various industries.
- Conduct safety assessments, workplace compliance inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards and suggest appropriate remedial actions.
- Collaborate with clients to implement safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics to management and clients.
- Continuously improve safety management systems' effectiveness through ongoing evaluation and refinement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in health and safety, with relevant educational background.
- Strong interest in learning and self determined learning.
- You have demonstrated knowledge of Ontario safety regulations and standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to client sites.
